- Learning how to fit machine extras such as buckets, radios, reverse cameras, vandal guards, and more.
- Carrying out pre-delivery inspections (PDIs) and ensuring all checklists are completed accurately.
- Supporting software updates and completing digital job records in real time.
- Maintaining high standards of housekeeping and safe working practices in the workshop.
- Attending training courses (which may involve occasional overnight stays) to further develop your skills and product knowledge.
You must be 18 or over by 1st October 2025 (for health & safety and insurance reasons).
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English – at grade 4/C or above.
A genuine interest in mechanical engineering – either as a hobby or through previous experience.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
Basic computer skills and the ability to follow technical instructions.
Responsible, reliable, and able to work safely and efficiently.
