SMSEdge is the next generation of message marketing software. We are looking for our first HR Manager to help us build and maintain a team of A players. This is an exciting opportunity to learn and grow personally. We are a remote-first company, working to bring us together, maintaining a data-driven approach, and working directly with our CEO to hire and retain top talent.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in defining different job descriptions and responsibilities.
- Sourcing, screening, and hiring tech and operational staff.
- Supporting current staff.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of HR experience.
- Experience with sourcing IT talent is an advantage.
- Experience working at a software product company is an advantage.
