Our client is a swimming pool company that provides expert installation and maintenance services, pool renovations, emergency repairs, installation of equipment, and technical support to both domestic and commercial customers throughout Scotland. They service all areas of the wet leisure industry, whether it be swimming pools, steam rooms, saunas and hot tubs.
We are looking for a Plumber Pipe Fitter to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have experience in plumbing, installation, plastic pipe work, and general maintenance.
- The delivery, installation, and set up of pipe work for new pools, hot tubs and swim spas at customers' homes or commercial properties
- Servicing, maintenance, and repair of pools, hot tubs and swim spas (Services, troubleshooting and diagnostic work, identifying necessary repairs including leaks, replacing parts)
- Advise customers on water care and product maintenance
- Communicating with customers to ensure their needs are met and their questions are answered
- Providing exceptional customer service and building relationships with clients
- Maintaining accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Completing job sheets after service jobs and installations
- Coordinate with all departments to always ensure smooth processes
- Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies
Applicants must have experience, demonstrate a good work ethic, and display a can do attitude. We are looking for a candidate who is reliable, a good communicator, and has strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
The role is based from the clients’ offices in Glasgow. However, due to the nature of the work/industry, you will be required to travel across central Scotland.
Salary of £30-40k + OT, hours will be 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, you will be provided with a company telephone, company van, specialist tools, uniform & appropriate PPE.
