With continued support for training with a guarantee that personal development will be encouraged and promoted our client is now looking to expand and develop their operations in the East of Scotland area with the recruitment of a Hire Desk Controller for their site in Ayr. The Role This is a fundamental role in the company’s business strategy and requires individuals of an ambitious nature. Applicants will be office based and will work with the sales team, workshop team and with customers to make sure the equipment is available and ready for delivery. Making sure the customers get the equipment they need when they need it and where it is required. Working in a busy environment, multi-tasking, taking ownership of customers issues and concerns, collaborating with the whole team to fulfil the expectations of the customer. Working on a variety of systems, prioritising the workload, and working with high levels of attention to detail. The Applicant Suitable applicants must be able to show strong administration and operational experience of the above industry and products and be looking for a challenging new role. Hire Desk experience is a requirement to this role, applicants should have some technical knowledge of tools and general plant. The ideal applicants would be based on patch in the Ayrshire area of Scotland.
