Our client services and repairs Diesel Generators and Control systems across Scotland. Their growth has increased turnover and their ability to service clients beyond expectations. With continued support for training and a focus on personal development, the client is expanding operations in the West of Scotland with the recruitment of a Generator Engineer.
The Role
This role is fundamental to the company’s business strategy and requires individuals who are ambitious. The position is field based and involves repair and service work for a variety of small to large generators. Applicants will be working on generators presently or in the recent past. The role involves general upkeep, service, fault finding and maintenance of the equipment as well as the repair of broken or non-working equipment.
The Applicant / Qualifications
Suitable applicants must have strong technical experience with diesel generators and be seeking a challenging new role. Maintenance, service and repair experience is a requirement; applicants should be technically skilled electrically and mechanically in this type of plant. Ideally, applicants would be based on patch in Glasgow or the local area to this site.
