FLT Telehandler Plant Engineer Our client has grown to be the Scotland’s largest supplier of access plant into industry. This growth has seen the company turnover increase and their ability to service clients far beyond their expectations. With continued support for training with a guarantee that personal development will be encouraged and promoted our client is now looking to expand and develop their operations in the Motherwell area of Scotland with the recruitment of a Field Plant Fitter. The Role This is a fundamental role in the company’s business strategy and requires individuals of an ambitious nature. Applicants will be Field based but with the ability to use workshop if required and will be involved in both repair and service work for a variety of medium sized general plant. Applicants will be working on Powered Access Lifts, Telehandlers, telescopic handlers and forklift trucks. The role involves the general upkeep and maintenance of the equipment as well as the repair of broken or damaged products. The Applicant Suitable applicants must be able to show strong technical experience of the above products and be looking for a challenging new role. Fitting/Service/Repair experience is a requirement to this role, applicants should have technical fitting of general plant and have the knowledge of general plant products, Access equipment, Telehandlers, Telescopic or FLT’s. The ideal applicants would be based on patch in the Motherwell area of Scotland. Basic Salary £34-40K (neg)+ Full company benefits and fully expensed company vehicle and package, OT available.
