What's the role?

As a Contracts Administrator your role is to support the Contracts Team manage Direct and TPI contracts and customers. You are responsible for administering the contracts mailbox dealing with customer queries, service requests and ensuring these are dealt with in a timely manner. The Contracts Administrator is responsible for reviewing customer contracts and contact details for completeness, updating CRM system and highlighting any information gaps. The department handles a high volume of contracts and the ability to deal with high volumes of data/queries with accuracy whilst adhering to KPI’s is key. This role is based in our Glasgow Office, working 40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities:

  • Adding new contracts and processing contract amendments on CRM System
  • Managing deappointments and reappointments
  • Ensuring CRM system is updated with correct contact and contract information
  • Responding to customer queries in the contracts inbox
  • Other administrative tasks as required
