What\’s the role?
As an Administration Assistant at our state of the art training academy in Bolton, you will work as part of the team to support the delivery of day to activities. This role plays an important part in ensuring customer and clients receive compliant services.
You will be working 40 hours per week, working Monday to Friday 8am to 4.30pm based at SMS, Bolton Training Academy, Swan Mill, Higher Swan Lane, Bolton, BL3 3AQ.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide general administration support
- Managing and updating, day to day performance reports
- Notetaking and record keeping
- Maintain confidentiality of information at all times in line with company policies
- Any other duties as required
- Maintain databases
- Assist with procurement
- Apply for qualifications on behalf of you colleagues
- Assist with sending out materials when required
- Preparation of documents and certificates
- Any reasonable management requests
To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:
- Prior experience administration/assistant role
- Able to follow instructions and guidance
- Strong IT skills in Microsoft Packages including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent organisational skills including ability to manage time and prioritise effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Thorough attention to detail
- Ability to work in a group and on your own
