As a Senior Recruitment Advisor with SMS Mining Services, you will take a lead role in delivering end-to-end recruitment across a dynamic and fast-paced mining portfolio, with a strong focus on strategic partnership, workforce planning and quality hiring outcomes. Operating as a trusted advisor to operational and site leaders, you will influence hiring decisions, provide market insight, and build proactive recruitment strategies to support both immediate and future workforce demands.
You’ll manage complex, high-volume recruitment campaigns while balancing business priorities, candidate experience, and time-to-hire outcomes. This is a senior, hands-on role where you’ll lead sourcing strategies across Seek, LinkedIn, talent pipelines and referrals, while also elevating recruitment capability across the business. You’ll guide stakeholders on best practice recruitment, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and help strengthen SMS’s employer brand in a competitive market.
