As a Recruitment Advisor with SMS Mining Services, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse mining portfolio, taking ownership from requisition through to onboarding. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers and site leaders to understand workforce needs, while delivering high-volume, end-to-end recruitment across a range of mining roles. You will proactively source talent through Seek, LinkedIn, referrals and direct outreach, and coordinate phone screens, interviews and onboarding to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.

You will also be responsible for maintaining recruitment compliance, ensuring accurate documentation and data management, and building strong talent pipelines to support both current and future workforce needs. This is a hands-on internal role where you will act as a trusted advisor, delivering the right people at the right time and making a direct impact on operational success and workforce stability.
