About the Role

Looking for a hands‑on Heavy Duty Mechanic to join our brand‑new High Wycombe workshop. You’ll be working on a range of heavy mining gear – loaders, dozers, graders, drills, and supporting equipment – keeping it all running smoothly and safely. Day‑to‑day will include rebuilds, fault‑finding, diagnostics, preventative maintenance, and general repairs. You’ll also be a mentor for apprentices, sharing your knowledge and helping develop the next generation of skilled Mechanics. This is a perfect role for someone who loves practical work, takes pride in their craft, and likes owning tasks from start to finish.

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience on CAT, Komatsu, Hitachi, Liebherr, and Epiroc equipment
• Team player with strong communication skills
• High attention to detail and pride in your work
• Australian recognised Trade Certificate – Mobile Plant
• Current C‑Class driver’s licence
• Ability to pass pre‑employment medical and LABDAS
• Current National Police Clearance (within the last 6 months)
