What will I be doing?

  • Carry out plumbing works safely and efficiently, following SMS Method Statements.
  • Undertake water testing, sampling, and tank disinfection alongside Water Treatment Engineers.
  • Identify non-compliances and report system conditions to Account Managers.
  • Use Opuz software and your company iPad to complete accurate reports.
  • Support the development of new plumbers and share your knowledge.
  • Uphold the highest health and safety standards across every task.

You’ll be trusted to take ownership of your work — and you’ll always know help is just a call away when you need it.

What do I need to be successful?

  • NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Plumbing
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Willing to travel - will include occasional travel to London
  • Minimum 2 years’ plumbing experience, ideally within the water hygiene industry
  • Confidence working independently and safely on-site
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Basic IT knowledge – using iPads and digital reporting tools
  • Ability to pass Disclosure and Barring Service clearance (Enhanced DBS check)

If you’ve got experience in commercial or domestic environments or knowledge of legionella control, even better!
