At SMS environmental, we focus on competence and innovation, we therefore look for the best and most diverse talent of today and tomorrow. SMS Environmental has an opportunity for an enthusiastic and competent AC/HVAC Engineer to join our team in the South East on a permanent basis.
Your role:
- Install, maintain and repair a wide range of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment, ensuring safe operational functionality and presentation.
- Complete relevant service documentation and provide full diagnostic reports via iPad.
- Troubleshoot/diagnose and resolve breakdowns on A/C Equipment.
- Travel across the South / South East will be a large part of the job as you may be needed to attend out of hours call outs and emergency jobs.
Your experience:
- Air Conditioning experience on a range of equipment.
- F Gas Certificate and HVAC Qualification.
- Experience on Heating, Ventilation and Refrigeration.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Prior experience working across various customer sectors, delivering high quality work.
- Accurate IT skills, as all work is completed digitally via an iPad.
- Able to work at heights.
- Full UK Driving License.
Applicants must be able to provide evidence of their Right to Work in the UK.
All roles at SMS require a DBS check; SMS Environmental will cover the cost of this if you do not already hold a valid DBS certificate.
