What you’ll be doing
You’ll help our Sales & Marketing teams build awareness of our products and services, using our CRM and marketing channels to manage and communicate with a pipeline of leads. You’ll also:
- Support with the delivery of sales and marketing campaigns across email, social, and digital channels
- Establish KPIs and report on campaign performance
- Provide day-to-day support for executing our campaigns through Hubspot, maintaining our database for accuracy and integrity
- Ensure the SMRS brand is accurately and consistently reflected across our sales and marketing communications

We’re looking for someone who can effectively support our Sales & Marketing teams to deliver campaigns on time and within budget. That means you’ll need to have:
- At least 18 months of experience in a marketing or sales admin role
- Proven experience of using a CRM tool, ideally Hubspot
- Knowledge of privacy regulations e.g. GDPR
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise
