We’re seeking an experienced Conveyancing Assistant to join our busy Bognor Regis office. The ideal candidate will have proven experience working in a fast-paced legal or conveyancing environment and be comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously. You will work closely with fee earners, providing essential support to ensure smooth and efficient conveyancing transactions from start to finish.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing conveyancing files and progressing cases efficiently
  • Liaising regularly with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties
  • Preparing, reviewing, and handling legal documentation accurately
  • Supporting fee earners to deliver excellent client service
