We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Hotel Receptionist to join the front desk team in one of our client hotels. As the first point of contact for guests, you will play a crucial role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate is personable, efficient, and thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional hospitality training is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer service or as a receptionist preferred.
- Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, Muse, PMS, ONQ, Emma) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
