We are seeking a detail‑oriented and commercially minded Data Analyst to join our Commercial Team. You will work with high‑volume transactional datasets to provide insights that shape product development, commercial strategy, and the customer experience. The ideal candidate understands how data flows through POS systems, can identify meaningful trends in merchant behaviour, and can present clear, actionable insights to cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Analyse high‑volume POS transaction data to surface trends, anomalies, and performance indicators
- Build pricing models and dashboards for Product, Sales, and Operations teams using visualisation tools
- Support Client teams with campaign pricing
- Conduct customer segmentation, feature usage analysis, churn risk modelling, and cohort analysis
- Measure the commercial and operational impact of feature releases and enhancements
- Provide insight for pricing and approach to client bids
- Partner with Product Managers to identify feature adoption patterns and opportunities
- Support Customer Success with data‑driven root‑cause analysis and account health monitoring
- Validate and maintain accuracy across multiple data sources (POS system, CRM, product telemetry)
- Previous experience as a Data Analyst working with transactional, SaaS, retail tech, or POS‑related datasets
- Strong SQL skills — ability to query large relational datasets
- Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Looker, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to communicate complex findings to non‑technical audiences
- Python or R for advanced analysis
- Familiarity with POS systems, payments data, or merchant analytics
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment
