Want to deliver tech with purpose, with people who care? Join us in our mission to create solutions that help keep children safe online.
Who are we? Headquartered in Perth, Australia, with offices around the world, Qoria is an ASX-listed global leader in child digital safety technology and services. We are a purpose-driven business operating under the Linewize brand in North America and Asia Pacific, the Smoothwall brand in the UK, the Qustodio brand in EMEA, and Qoria LK in Sri Lanka. Our solutions are used by schools, school districts, and parental communities to protect children from harmful online content, identify students at risk based on their digital behaviours, and help teachers maintain focus and safe learning environments in the digital classroom. Today, 30,000 schools and 7 million parents rely on our solutions to help keep 25 million children safe across 180 countries worldwide.
Purpose: What are the objectives of my role? You own the product narrative across our integrated suite and govern how it reaches the market. You set the positioning framework product managers and regional teams work from, govern all major external and regulated content before it ships, and ensure Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing have accurate, current enablement content to work from. You sit inside the product function, embedded from discovery through to launch. This is not a campaign role.
Duties: What are my day-to-day duties?
- Own and maintain the positioning framework across all product lines. You set it, product managers and marketing teams execute from it.
- Write the differentiation brief at discovery, before the product is designed, not after it ships.
- Review and approve all major external content and regulated language before it reaches customers. AI drafts, you govern.
- Produce and maintain internal enablement content for Sales, Customer Success, and regional Marketing, battle cards, and positioning guides.
Performance: How is my performance measured? Performance will be evaluated through peer feedback, performance reviews, and your 1:1 initiative schedule. You will be expected to set clear goals and measures at the start of your role in partnership with your manager, with a focus on commercial impact, content governance, and enabling internal teams to work from accurate, current product positioning.
Requirements: What skills and experience are required? This role requires:
- 5 or more years in product marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Experience governing AI-generated content as an editor and reviewer, not just a user, you can tell when output is directionally wrong
- Experience writing structured briefs that produce consistent AI output
- Experience entering product development at discovery, not at launch
- Proven ability to develop enablement content that Sales and Customer Success teams actually use
- Comfortable operating without a team beneath you
Highly desirable:
- Familiarity with KCSIE, FERPA, GDPR and regional child safety frameworks
- Background in edtech, school management software, or child safety technology
To be successful in this role you must:
- Be a strategic thinker who happens to communicate well, not the other way around
- Be energised by a broad autonomous scope without a team directly around you.
- Be genuinely curious about why competitors win or lose
- Have examples of shaping the commercial framing of a product before it was built, not just launching one after it shipped
- Think about AI governance as a quality and risk problem, not just a production shortcut
- Be at home in environments where precision matters, regulated markets, sensitive communications, or anywhere the wrong word creates a real problem
