Job Overview
Operations Administrator (12 month maternity cover). Support the Head of Operations across UK and EMEA operations. Responsibilities include coordinating day‑to‑day administrative and operations activities, assisting with global business initiatives and reporting practices to support operational excellence across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate, consistent, and up-to-date operational data across key business systems.
- Conduct basic data analysis to identify data issues or inefficiencies and raise findings to the Head of Operations.
- Contribute to improvement of administrative processes and systems, documenting all processes.
- Liaise with global operations teams to support process alignment, share data updates, and adopt best practices.
- Support delivery and coordination of ongoing projects by liaising with stakeholders and ensuring documentation is complete and accurate.
- Help streamline administrative workflows by identifying repetitive tasks and suggesting improvements or automations to the Head of Operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years professional or relevant experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field or an MBA.

- Strong business application skills, particularly in Google G Suite / Workspace.
