We are a property investment company, based in Leeds. We are fast-paced, engaging and fun. We are seeking a talented Property Buyer/Sales Negotiator to join our team and help us grow our business.

Role:

As a Property Sales Negotiator, you will be required to negotiate directly with vendors over the phone to either purchase their property quickly for cash or help them sell it to our network of investors. It’s desirable to have previous experience within the property industry. Understanding the property market's dynamics, legal process, and valuation processes is at the core of being a successful Property Buyer. You will need to understand your customers' requirements and adapt your sales pitch to suit the vendor and negotiate effectively with them. You will be expected to work independently, prioritise tasks, and manage your time effectively.
