Smoothie London is the jewellery brand redefining ear-stacking with story, style, and substance. We're building an ambitious, high-growth brand and we’re looking for a Creative Assistant to propel us into our next chapter. Someone who loves creating, gets the customer, and wants to build the next cult jewellery brand with us.

You’ll be trusted to lead on creative execution across content, email, and campaign assets, and make our brand shine beyond what we’ve already done.

What You’ll Own:
  • All of our brands socials including Instagram and TikTok
  • Our paid media creative production from strategy to execution
  • Supporting shoots and brand campaigns – BTS capture, styling input, storyboarding
  • Designing email marketing creatives and reusable brand templates
  • Creating event visuals (invitations, menus, sticker designs, signage etc.)
  • Collaborating with our founder, strategist, and campaign consultant to translate brand ideas into real content
  • Bringing fresh ideas to the table weekly – from trends to visual formats
  • Help shape the next phase of Smoothie’s look from packaging, campaign art direction, seasonal branding moments
We’re looking for someone who:
  • Has ambition - you want to be part of building a standout brand
  • Can run with a concept and execute it independently
  • Understands the aesthetic meets performance sweet spot
  • Has strong skills in CapCut, Canva, Figma or Adobe
  • Doesn’t wait to be told what to do - you pitch, you plan, you own it
  • Lives and breathes content, culture, and creative trends
  • Has experience with email platforms (Klaviyo/Mailchimp) and can create on-brand visuals that convert
Bonus Points:
  • You’ve created content for fashion, beauty or lifestyle brands
  • You’ve got your own personal brand or creative projects
  • You’ve worked in a startup or fast-paced, founder-led brand before
