Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment across the UK and EU, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders. This is a fully remote role with strong exposure to international hiring and business-facing recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for UK and Germany (EU) roles, primarily commercial and sales positions
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, priorities, and timelines
- Proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
- Conduct CV screening and initial interviews
- Coordinate interview processes and feedback loops
- Manage and work with external recruitment agencies when required
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws and internal hiring policies
- Track hiring progress, pipelines, and recruitment data
- Support offer coordination and onboarding handover
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-house or agency recruitment, ideally covering UK and/or Europe
- Experience recruiting commercial/sales roles is strongly preferred
- Solid sourcing and interviewing skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable working remotely with a high level of ownership
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter systems
