The predicted salary is between 500 - 1500 £ per month.
This role will focus on direct sales and promotion of Vaporesso/Dojo products within the UK FMCG retail market. The candidate must be able to actively sell into convenience shops and tobacco retailers, driving product adoption and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
- Conduct regular in-person visits to retail shops, convenience stores, and tobacco outlets. Actively pitch and sell products, ensuring Vaporesso/Dojo items are stocked and promoted.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with store owners and decision makers, identifying opportunities to expand sales.
- Track competitor activities, pricing, and consumer preferences in the FMCG/vaping retail space. Share insights with HQ to refine sales and marketing strategies.
- Negotiate for increased shelf space and in-store visibility. Execute promotional activities to strengthen brand awareness.
- Participate in in-store promotions, roadshows, and industry events to support sales and brand engagement.
Qualifications
- Proven direct sales experience in FMCG, ideally with retail channel sales. Track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets through in-person store visits and negotiations. Experience in e-cigarette, tobacco, or related FMCG categories is a plus.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills, comfortable with cold calling/door-to-door retail pitching. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated, target-driven, able to work independently.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively in the assigned region. Familiarity with local FMCG markets and key players.
