smol is seeking a Fulfilment Manager to lead our Kent warehouse team, balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership to meet KPIs and drive operational growth. Based at the Marden site, you will collaborate with the Head of Operations to scale processes, ensure safety, and foster a culture of Care, Fairness, and Curiosity across a diverse team.
This role requires daily presence at the warehouse with a 45-hour work week and a flexible schedule, supporting our mission to be a force for.
