About the Role

We are looking for an experienced General Manager to lead and manage all aspects of our restaurant's operations.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for the hospitality industry, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing day-to-day restaurant operations efficiently.

As the General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant team, ensuring exceptional customer service, managing financial performance, and maintaining high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service for all customers.

  • Monitor sales, customer satisfaction, and other KPIs to ensure goals are met and take action to improve performance.
  • Work closely with suppliers and vendors to maintain positive relationships and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Report directly to the owners or senior management on operational performance, financial status, and any areas for improvement.
  • Key Requirements
  • Proven experience as a General Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house processes, food safety, and service standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on ensuring a positive dining experience for all guests.
  • Solid financial acumen, including budgeting, financial analysis, and cost control practices.
  • Ability to manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  • Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently, with excellent decision-making skills.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and scheduling tools.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
