More about the role
The role is full-time and on a permanent basis. You will be responsible for –
- Planning, creating and managing social content across key client and agency channels (including PH, SG and SQ)
- Supporting and attending content shoots, including filming, assisting production and capturing BTS content
- Editing social content (video and static) to a high standard, including managing amends and optimising for performance
- Supporting shoot planning and ensuring efficient delivery of content within tight timeframes
- Scheduling and publishing content using social media management tools
- D eveloping and maintaining content calendars aligned to brand strategie s
Influencer & Community Support
- Supporting influencer activity including sourcing creators, outreach, list building and tracking participation
- Assisting with BAU gifting programmes and coordination
- Supporting larger-scale gifting and influencer campaigns where required
- Building and managing relationships with influencers, bloggers and creators
Reporting & Account Management Support
- Supporting day-to-day client liaison, management and communication
- Assisting with content scheduling, approvals and delivery
- Pulling performance data and populating monthly and quarterly reports
- Following training – supporting paid social activity, including data pulling and spend tracking (training provided)
- Assisting senior team members with campaign delivery and new business proposals
Wider Responsibilities
- Attending events, stunts and shoots as required
- Briefing designers and videographers to deliver high-quality content
- Staying up to date with social trends, platform developments and best practice
- Contributing ideas for campaigns and always looking to push creative output
Essential experience / requirements
- Approx. 1 year agency experience working in a social media / digital role
- Strong understanding of social-first content creation, including filming and editing (mobile-first is fine)
- Experience supporting or working on content shoots is highly desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write in multiple tones of voice
- Familiarity with social media management and reporting tools
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
- Interest or experience in food, drink or lifestyle content is a bonus (but not essential)
- A proactive attitude with willingness to learn areas such as reporting and paid social
- A strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging content
- Exceptional organisational and time management abilities, with the capacity to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
