Smoking Goat in London is seeking a Senior CDP to join our open-fire kitchen.

You will oversee a busy section, lead daily briefings, train junior staff, and maintain high standards of food preparation and presentation for our Bangkok-inspired menu.

You’ll work closely with the senior kitchen team, ensure hygiene and safety, support sous chefs during peak service, and help source ingredients while pursuing a 5-star EHO rating.

Flexibility across shifts is required and UK right to work is expected.
