You will be responsible for preparing and executing burgers and smoked meats to brand specification, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting smooth service during busy periods. This is a hands-on role suited to a chef who thrives in a high-volume kitchen and takes pride in consistency, quality, and teamwork.
