About the Job
Smokeball is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who is tenacious, a motivated self-starter, with a hunger for success. As an SDR, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth at Smokeball, working within our Sales team to deliver high-volume prospecting, calling, and qualifying of sales leads. You will be an excellent communicator, who can stand out from the crowd.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting for new clients using various channels such as cold calling, email, and social media, passing leads to the Account Executives.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly KPIs and quotas for lead generation and conversion.
- Maintain prospecting databases, interaction records and report on KPIs.
- Provide basic information to prospects about Smokeball software, remain up to date on new releases and key features.
Your Experience
- 1+ years’ experience in an outbound sales role, customer service role or similar.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong time-management skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
- Motivated self‑starter, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Experience in the legal industry desirable, but not necessary.
