Role Overview
We’re looking for a visionary Product Strategy Manager to shape the future of legal technology for law firms across the UK. In this high-impact role, you’ll take ownership of the product strategy for a dedicated portfolio, turning complex challenges into innovative, client-focused solutions that drive measurable results.
As a trusted strategist and collaborator, you’ll immerse yourself in customer insights and market trends, uncovering opportunities to transform the way firms operate. From conducting deep research and defining bold product strategies to guiding cross-functional teams through execution, you’ll be at the forefront of innovation, making strategic ideas a reality.

Key Responsibilities
- Uncover insights through market research and competitive analysis to shape product direction and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Champion client needs using design thinking to develop innovative, user-centred solutions within your Smokeball portfolio.
- Define and deliver strategy, creating product roadmaps and blueprints that guide cross-functional teams and align with business goals.
- Measure impact by owning product KPIs, dashboards, and metrics, linking performance to client and business value.
- Drive go-to-market success in partnership with Marketing, supporting pricing, positioning, and launch plans.
- Communicate clearly with stakeholders, ensuring transparency on product progress, experimentation, and outcomes.
What we are looking for:
- 4+ years in product management
- Proficient with product strategy tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Design Thinking, Behavioural Economics, Experimentation)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Comfortable with a high-paced, evolving environment
