We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, and supporting the smooth operation of our establishment. Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are equally valued. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills within a dynamic and friendly setting.

Responsibilities

  • Greet guests warmly and provide attentive customer service throughout their visit.
  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages in a professional and timely manner.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations.
  • Handle guest enquiries courteously and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Upsell menu items where appropriate to enhance guest experience and maximise sales opportunities.
  • Assist with food safety procedures in accordance with health regulations.
  • Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth service flow.
  • Process payments accurately using point-of-sale systems.

Experience

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is desirable but not essential; training will be provided for the right candidate.
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and basic food preparation techniques is advantageous.
  • Experience in guest services, serving, or culinary roles will be highly regarded.
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent time management skills and work efficiently under pressure.
  • Basic maths skills for handling transactions and billing purposes.
  • Kitchen experience or culinary background is a plus but not mandatory.
