We’re seeking a Sales Development Manager with proven experience in the health and beauty sector and a strong professional network. The ideal candidate will have a track record of managing retailer relationships—including pharmacies, health stores, and key retail accounts—and the ability to leverage these connections to drive business growth.
We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales & Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives, build strong customer relationships, and expand market presence. This role combines strategic business development with hands-on sales execution to deliver revenue growth and brand visibility.

- Act as a brand ambassador in-store by conducting impactful, hands-on education and activation events
- Monitor business performance and sales team activity, ensuring targets are met and areas for improvement are addressed
- Produce detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to support decision-making and provide senior management with actionable insights
- Contribute to social media campaigns and brand presence
- Represent the brand at exhibitions, events, and trade shows
- Assist in designing sales tools, training materials, and digital content for partners
- Minimum 3 years of experience in field sales within beauty, skincare, or wellness sectors.
- Proven success in delivering training, educational workshops, or product demonstrations.
- Confident presenter with the ability to inspire and motivate retail teams.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Commercially focused with the ability to manage budgets and targets.
- Well-organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
- Competent with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and digital communication tools.
- Must be comfortable with daily travel throughout the assigned territory.
