The role is designed to provide key support for the growth activities, serving the growth ambitions of the company. Reporting to the Head of Proposition Development but supporting the whole growth team and all growth activities, the purpose of the role is to help with the complex range of activities, reporting, and billing requirements arising from the development of new revenue streams for the organisation. The individual will work with various external partners and will work extensively with colleagues in the core business, both in operations and functional areas.

About the Role

  • Growth activity – billing / invoicing
  • Info capture (operational data, client data, invoice back up etc)
  • Preparing invoice back up
  • Liaising with AR for invoice raising
  • Invoice queries (in conjunction with finance team)
  • Helping to resolve customer queries and complaints.
  • Supporting any debt management
  • Requesting credit checks for new customers when required
  • Coordinating reporting requirements
  • Supporting with update of PDM (deliverables and key initiatives for the team)
  • KPI gathering and distribution into main reports.
  • PLC reports – copy over, chase through, consolidate and check.
  • Inventory / Stock for Growth, management of KPIs, spot checks etc.
  • Managing growth opportunity tracker and pipeline, preparing documentation for approvals etc
  • Adhoc support

About you

This role will require frequent interaction with customers and internal teams. You will need to be extremely well organised, with strong attention to detail and accuracy. Given the commercial sensitivity of some of the growth activity, the individual will need to be able to work with confidential information and data and respect confidentiality requirements when appropriate. Since the growth team is small, working on high profile programmes with other functions, the role requires a high degree of professionalism, confidence in working with senior colleagues, pace and clear, timely communications. The role requires proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, and an understanding of SAP would be an advantage.
