Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Operative, you will look after distribution and returns. Sort, pack, and return newspapers and magazines with precision and speed, ensuring all items reach their destination on time and in perfect condition.
Hands‑on duties include labelling, sorting, and packing so each parcel is ready for dispatch. You will unload deliveries, tie bundles, and navigate deliveries, directly impacting retailer satisfaction.
Work in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment as you load, unload and process deliveries. Meet and exceed targets and be confident when driving a 3.5‑tonne delivery van and lifting heavy items.
Qualifications
- Valid UK photo‑card licence and the ability to drive a vehicle up to 3.5 tonnes.
- Positive attitude, organized and accurate approach to meeting and exceeding targets.
- Right to work in the UK.
