About the Role As our Operations Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in the success of our warehouse operations. You’ll lead a dedicated team, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently. Your leadership will directly impact productivity and safety, making you an essential part of our operations. In this dynamic role, you will: Oversee daily warehouse operations, keeping the team motivated and organized. Conduct training sessions and monitor attendance and performance.
