Flexible, part time zero‑hour contract. Pay Rate – £14.24 per hour (includes Holiday Pay). Mileage and Travel Time Paid (excluding first and last 10 minutes/8 miles from home). Additional location allowance may apply. Full UK driving licence required and use of vehicle. We typically offer an average of 5–20 hours per week (not guaranteed).

About the role

As an Instore Merchandiser you will bring products to life on the shop floor. You’ll own your territory, handling point‑of‑sale placement, stock replenishment, and auditing. Your responsibilities include:

  • Creating and maintaining visually impactful displays
  • Building strong relationships with store colleagues and managers
  • Ensuring stock is replenished
  • Keeping displays on‑brand

You will plan your own cost‑effective journey and make every visit count.

About you

  • Previous merchandising experience is advantageous but not mandatory
  • Friendly, confident personality with a can‑do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills, high integrity and reliability
  • Must be located within 15 miles of the advertised area
  • Ability to work independently and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Full commitment to delivering excellent customer service
