About the role
Following a restructure, we are really excited to be recruiting for this newly created role- Head of Enterprise Architecture, Integration & Governance.
We are heavily investing in Future Technology platforms & services to enable us to be future fit & fufil our vision of being the UK\’s leading provider of early morning supply chain solutions. This includes a new WMS, Transport System, CRM & Data Warehouse.
This is a senior role which is responsible for defining and leading the enterprise-wide architecture strategy, ensuring seamless integration across systems, and establishing governance frameworks to support business objectives. This role collaborates with business and technology leaders to drive digital transformation, optimize IT investments, and align technology with the company’s strategic vision.

About you
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equal experience in roles
- 10+ years of experience in similar technology roles
- Proven leadership experience in managing IT teams and driving technology strategy
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.).
- Expertise in cloud computing, SaaS, APIs, and microservices architecture
- Experience with middleware, integration platforms, and data governance.
- Strong background in modern application architectures, including microservices, containerization, and DevOps.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, and risk management frameworks
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
