Ideally, you’ll have previous experience within a relevant gym, sales or retail environment or have brand ambassador experience within FMCG/Consumer goods market. Strong relationship building skills and previous experience delivering against target and KPIs.
- Strong organizational planning and analytical skills
- Ability to document ideas and actions to drive performance from business plans
- Ability to gauge language to speak to all levels of management and influence
- Sampling and talking knowledgably about all aspects of sports performance and supplementation
- Maximise Glanbia Performance Nutrition brand presence within the trade in your territory
- Provide existing accounts with on-going support and identify additional opportunities for growth
- Lead/facilitate Glanbia Performance Nutrition category & brand training with key retailers/gyms/affiliations
- Maintaining brand visual and operational excellence in compliance
- Develop a high performing field mentality to deliver on all KPIs
- Offer, without being asked, quality and concise feedback to line manager that helps to drive forward the client’s business and Retail growth strategy
- Fully understand the clients Retail landscape to allow for competitor advantage and seasonal opportunities to be delivered
