The predicted salary is between 13.21 - 13.21 £ per hour.

Permanent - 3 Days per week (Monday, Thursday and Friday) £13.21 per hour + holiday pay + mileage.

About the role:

Our Senior Merchandisers support our Merchandisers and Field Performance Managers in achieving successful execution of routine audits and supporting the team to achieve targets and KPIs across their geographical territory. You will also be responsible for assisting in the recruitment, development and retention of a team of dedicated Merchandisers and deliver annual refresher training as needed.

Who Are We Looking For?

This role is field based, and therefore the successful candidate will need to have a full clean driving licence and access to their own vehicle. The ideal candidate will also have experience in retail or a field marketing environment and have a passion for ensuring that high standards are delivered and KPIs are met. You'll also be able to demonstrate:
