As Operations Team Leader, you will be responsible for the success of warehouse operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly, safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a dedicated team, motivating, organising, and training members to maintain high performance.
  • Ensure all operations run smoothly, maintaining safety, hygiene, and efficiency.
  • Monitor attendance and performance, providing coaching and training.
  • Act as the point of contact between team members and managers, handling communication and problem resolution.

Qualifications

  • Experience working in a fast‑paced environment, preferably 24/7 logistics, warehouse, FMCG or similar.
  • Experience managing a large operation and liaising at all levels.
  • Outstanding communication skills and the credibility to build relationships.
  • Experience planning and executing warehouse operations, addressing issues as they arise.
