£70,000-£75,000 per annum & car allowance of £5,688 per annum. 6 month fixed term contract with the possibility of a longer term appointment. Field based/hybrid - travel to sites as required, with our Head Office in Swindon being a frequent meeting place.

About the Role
We are now recruiting for Head of People Business Partnering & Employee Relations, to join our supportive & collaborative People Team, on an initial 6 month fixed term basis, with the possibility of this being extended. As a key member of the People Leadership team, this role will work closely with the People Director, and leads for Talent, People Services and Reward to develop and deliver the People Team strategy. The role directly partners members of the Executive Team and is responsible for leading and developing the Business Partnering team of three, inclusive of Employee Relations, enabling them to work with their business stakeholders to develop and deliver the appropriate functional people plans ensuring alignment with and delivery of the organisational objectives.
