Hire Controller / Trade Counter – Warrington
Location: Warrington
Salary: £29,500 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday (No Saturdays)
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role
As a Hire Controller, you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting the trade counter or calling the depot. You will handle enquiries, process orders, and provide excellent service at every stage.
- Serving customers face-to-face and over the phone
- Processing hire contracts and trade counter sales accurately
- Providing advice and guidance on products and services
- Coordinating with the depot team to ensure smooth operations
- Delivering a first-class customer experience
Don\\\’t worry if you don\\\’t have industry knowledge – we provide full training through our bespoke training facility.
About You
We are looking for people who are:
