Smiths Group seeks a senior leader to define and govern Health, Safety and Security across the organisation. You will partner with divisional leaders, embed global strategies, and drive a data‑driven operating system to ensure consistent standards and strong governance.
You will lead strategy translation into actionable roadmaps, oversee risk management at Group level, and report to ExCo and the Board with clear insights and governance.
