Job Description
John Crane isstrengtheningitsearly careers offering and we now have an opportunity for aBusiness Intelligence & Commercial Tools Internto join our commercial teambased in Slough.Youwill focus on improving commercial visibility, data quality, and business intelligence tools used to support growth opportunities across the Turbomachinery Services business.
The successful candidate will receive training onour Dry Gas Sealproducts, commercial processes, installed base management, business systemsand data analytics tools.
- Full training will be given so you will be able to:
- Develop recommendations for ongoing data management.
- Create a sustainable process for maintaining data quality.
- Improve governance and auditability.
- Digitise workflow enabling tracking, reporting, and accountability
- Identifycommercial growth opportunities through improved installed base intelligence.
- Support increased adoption of the tool within the business.
- Increased confidence in installed base information.
- Enhanced visibility of customer equipment and service opportunities.
- Identification of commercial growth opportunities through improved installed base intelligence.

Qualifications
- Currently pursuingor graduated with adegree in Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Familiarity with Power BI, Power Automate, SharePoint, or similar digital tools is desirable.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
- A proactive mindset with a desire to learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
