As we accelerate our transformation agenda across the business, we're looking for a talented Transformation Office Analyst to play a central role in how we track progress, drive performance, and support strategic decision-making.

About the Role
As a Transformation Office Analyst, you'll provide the data, insights, reporting, and governance that enable successful transformation delivery.
You'll turn complex operational and project data into actionable intelligence, helping leaders understand performance, identify risks, and make informed decisions.
You will become a trusted partner to transformation workstream leaders, creating visibility across initiatives and ensuring stakeholders have access to accurate, reliable, and meaningful information.
This role combines analytical rigour with business impact.
You'll spend time understanding the detail behind the data while maintaining a clear focus on what matters most to the business.
What You'll Do
- Transformation Data Management
- Maintain transformation programme data as the organisation's single source of truth.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across initiatives.
- Consolidate information from projects, functions, and workstreams.
- Challenge data quality issues and drive improvements.
- Reporting and Insight
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools.
- Create executive reporting, governance packs, and performance updates.
- Translate programme data into clear, actionable insights.
- Analyse trends, risks, dependencies, and opportunities.
- Governance and Performance Tracking
- Support governance processes across the transformation portfolio.
- Maintain status reports, decision logs, and escalation records.
- Monitor milestones, delivery performance, and benefit realisation.
- Ensure reporting standards and governance requirements are consistently met.
- Process Improvement and Automation
- Identify opportunities to improve and automate reporting processes.
- Leverage tools such as Shibumi, AI, and automation technologies.
- Reduce manual effort and improve reporting efficiency.
- Help build more effective ways of working across the Transformation Office.

What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who is naturally curious, highly analytical, and comfortable working with both data and stakeholders.
- Key Skills and Experience
- Advanced Excel, modelling, and data management skills.
- Experience creating dashboards, reports, and management information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Ability to communicate complex information clearly and confidently.
- Experience working in transformation, consulting, PMO, business intelligence, or another data-driven environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
- Ability to challenge assumptions and identify issues within large datasets.
- A proactive, adaptable approach in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with Power BI, Shibumi, portfolio management tools, automation solutions, or AI-enabled reporting is advantageous but not essential.
