Smiths Group seeks a Group Health and Safety Operating System and Governance Lead to shape and govern H&S, Security and Wellbeing at a global level.

You will define strategies, policies and standards and ensure a data-driven OS with group oversight.

You will partner with divisional leaders, translate strategy into clear roadmaps, drive governance, risk management and executive reporting across Europe and beyond.
