Smiths Group is a global engineering leader seeking a Group Head of Health, Safety, Security and Wellbeing to define and embed global policies and operating standards. You will drive a data‑driven operating system and partner with Divisional leaders to ensure robust governance and continuous improvement.
As a senior leader, you will own Group oversight of performance, risk and assurance, reporting to the Executive Committee and Board, while building capability across divisions.
