We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join the Marketing team reporting to the Channel Marketing Manager. As the Sales Enablement Specialist you will be responsible for ensuring the sales teams are equipped with the tools, content and training required to be successful in customer-facing communications. The role will focus on developing and maintaining clear & professional sales enablement materials, collaborating with internal teams and managing a centralised SharePoint hub. This role is based from either our headquarters within Slough or site within Manchester working Monday to Friday normal office hours. (hybrid working)

Duties & Responsibilities (not limited to):

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Comms teams to identify content needs across the sales cycle and key accounts.
  • Create and maintain high-quality sales enablement content (e.g., decks, one-pagers, objection handlers, battlecards, toolkits) aligned with go-to-market strategies.
  • Manage the centralized Sales Enablement hub (SharePoint), ensuring content is accurate, accessible, and version-controlled.
  • Coordinate content development for product launches, campaigns, onboarding, and NPDs across global regions, ensuring localization and alignment with brand standards.
  • Monitor content usage and gather feedback to drive continuous improvement and optimise relevance and accessibility.
  • Support sales onboarding and training with relevant playbooks and tools.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement efforts with strategic priorities, improve processes, and eliminate redundancies.

Qualifications:

  • Experience within a similar role, ideally from an engineering or manufacturing background.
  • Strong communications skills.
  • Great time management.
