We have two vacancies for Cybersecurity Engineers to join our Hemel Hempstead team. This role is specifically aimed at candidates with early career experience in cybersecurity engineering or security operations (0–2 years). As a Cybersecurity Engineer, you’ll take ownership of designing, building, and operating the controls that keep threats at bay, working across endpoints, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems. This is an opportunity to build your expertise in a hands-on environment where your ideas and input will shape how security is delivered every day.
What you’ll be doing:
- Build and operate endpoint security across Windows, macOS, and Linux environments
- Deploy and manage EDR/XDR platforms, vulnerability management tools, and broader security technologies
- Apply Zero Trust principles and identity‑led controls to protect access and data
- Connect security tooling into SIEM and monitoring capabilities for visibility and response
- Investigate incidents, identify root causes, and support effective remediation
- Strengthen systems through hardening aligned to recognised standards and benchmarks
- Streamline security operations with scripting and automation
- Support cloud security configurations and ongoing monitoring
- Develop and maintain clear technical documentation, procedures, and runbook.
