- Build trusted relationships across finance, legal, and operations to proactively manage tax risk and support business growth.
- Provide forecasting, risk assessment, and provisioning support to the Corporate Tax team.
Technical Expertise
- Lead and deliver complex TP advisory projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams from planning through implementation of operational TP processes.
- Manage TP controversy matters globally, supporting multiple tax audits and working closely with advisors and finance stakeholders.
- Oversee the annual TP compliance cycle, partnering with external advisors and guiding regional teams on local file preparation and central analyses.
- Monitor OECD developments and legislative changes across key jurisdictions, advising the business on emerging risks and opportunities.

- Deep OECD‑based technical expertise, particularly in intangibles, value chain analysis, and business restructuring.
- A track record of designing and implementing robust yet practical TP policies.
- Broad TP controversy experience (audit, APA, MAP), including strategy development, fieldwork oversight, and negotiation.
- Proven ability to manage global TP compliance across diverse jurisdictions while balancing risk, efficiency, and stakeholder expectations.
- Experience working across both developed and developing markets.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships across cultures and regions.
- Strong project management capability, with the confidence to take ownership and juggle competing priorities.
- A proactive, commercially minded approach and the ability to operate autonomously.
